Meat Cutter (Apprentice) - Save Mart As a Meat Cutter Apprentice, this position requires employees to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation. All employees display product in a fresh and appealing manner throughout the department. They process fresh and frozen products. Each employee packages, prepares trays, weighs and labels packages, rotates product and removes out-of-code date products. Employees also sanitize work areas in accordance with company standards and health department regulations.
