Our agents focus on people and performance, while our backend operations team handles the logistics and showings.What You'll Do:Work with a consistent stream of qualified buyer clientsProvide pricing insights, market guidance, offer & negotiation strategy, and disclosure guidanceUse company tools and CRM to stay efficient and organizedCollaborate with the support team for smooth offer and transaction flowDeliver high-touch service while managing multiple clients at onceWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 20+ closed residential transactions in the past 4 yearsActive California real estate licenseStrong knowledge of the Bay Area housing marketComfortable with using technology: CRM tools and mobile productivity appsClear communication and a client-first mindsetWhat You'll Get:Assigned buyers actively making offersFlat-fee model that rewards volume and efficiencyFull support from our operations team, including transactions, offer writing, and a personal assistantTraining provided in all areas, including CRM, sales, and negotiationsWork-from-home flexibility with Bay Area fieldworkCompetent agents earn between $180K and $340K+ annuallyIf you are a proven closer who values systems, service, and scale, this role is designed for you.
