Analytics Manager

The client is seeking a Manager, BI Consulting to deliver innovative tools and solutions to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and clients.Job Duties:Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiativesAnalyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processesCommunicate data architecture to development teamsConsult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met – wireframing, prototyping, etc.Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboardsPartner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutionsManage and resolve client issue escalations and systemic improvementsWork with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholdersLead validation efforts to ensure data qualityIdentify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercisesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.6-10 years’ experience in a BI Manager/Product Owner or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting roleExperience with Quicksight and AWS environment is a mustKnowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau is highly desiredExperience and knowledge with Data Warehouse ETL processExposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop, HDFS, Hive is a plusExperience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured dataExperience or familiarity with the Retail and eCommerce industry is a big plusExcellent communication skills
