Psychiatrist (Child/Adult)

LifeStance Health is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care to adults through a combination of in-person and telehealth visits. In this role, you will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish differential diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that may include psychopharmacologic management, brief psychotherapy, referrals, and coordinated care with other providers. You will maintain an outpatient caseload of adult patients experiencing a wide range of conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Working within LifeStance's collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will partner closely with therapists, psychologists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care. Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record is expected, along with adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and clinical standards, including HIPAA and state-specific requirements. This position offers a hybrid work model, blending telepsychiatry with in-office care, allowing flexibility while preserving meaningful, direct patient interactions.
