Federal Construction Project Manager

Description The Government Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing or supporting direct federal construction projects including DoD, intelligence community, and GSA clients Delivering large‐scale projects ($20M-$100M+) such as secure campuses, SCIFs, and federal headquarters Overseeing schedule, budget, quality, and safety in compliance with federal standards Coordinating with owners, USACE, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful execution Leading site teams (PMs, APMs, Supers) depending on role level Working from project sites across Northern Virginia / DC metro, with regular access to the Falls Church office Profile A successful Government Project Manager should have: Experience delivering federal, government, or secure construction projects Background with USACE, GSA, DoD, IDIQ, or direct federal agency work strongly preferred Active or previously held Secret / Top Secret clearance highly preferred Ability to pass a federal background check Ability to commute to Northern Virginia project sites and Falls Church office Job Offer The Government Project Manager will receive: Competitive annual salary Direct federal work - no middle‐tier subcontracting or non stable pipelines Guaranteed annual bonuses and car allowances across all senior roles Large, meaningful projects supporting national infrastructure and security Exceptional stability - majority of work from repeat government clients People‐first culture with clear long‐term career progression If you are ready to make a significant impact in the construction industry, apply today!
