This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while coordinating shipments, documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and reports.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support related to shipments and logistics operations- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using internal systems and computer tools- Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential issues or delays- Support customer experience by ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution- Assist the Warehouse Manager with operational reports and daily logistics tasks- Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practicesQualifications:- 1 3 years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)- Strong customer service and customer experience skills- Comfortable working with computers, systems, and operational reports- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both written and verbalBenefits- Paid time offWork Location: In person
