Salesforce DeveloperStamford, CT (Onsite 4-5x/week)3-6 Month Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $50/hr | $100k Conversion Salary About the RoleOur client, a leading media and entertainment organization, is seeking a highly motivated junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will participate in technical design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to support overall application performance and stability. You will contribute to a suite of critical applications powering major global events, including Olympic programming, working within a collaborative engineering team responsible for building and maintaining high-impact systems across the business.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.Support and enhance applications within a large-scale enterprise environment, including event registration functionality.Work on Salesforce-driven components across a .NET and Angular-based ecosystem.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers within the team to support high-quality deployment.Partner closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Collaborate with technical leads, DevOps, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.Keep up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies.Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.Requirements2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceExperience in independent development of featuresStrong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesKnowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and data modelingKnowledge of Salesforce security model principles, governor limits, and performance optimization techniquesProven ability to design and implement workflows, triggers, and batch processesHands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, and SOSLHands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTMLExperience and knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Aura ComponentsWorking knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLIFamiliarity with .NET (C#) and/or frontend frameworks such as Angular is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communicationAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-ownership culturePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Platform Developer I) required; Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer certifications preferredHands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patternsAbility to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with third-party Salesforce DevOps tools and continuous integrationExperience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with SalesforceExperience with advanced JavaScript and front-end developmentFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologiesExperience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizationsExperience within the media and entertainment industryExperience working with distributed teams (onsite + offshore)Work Environment & OpportunityHighly collaborative team structure with strong product and engineering partnershipFast-paced environment supporting live and high-visibility platforms, including major global media eventsCulture emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem solvingGain exposure to a large, complex tech environment supporting global programmingClear path to full-time conversion based on performanceDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
