Senior Structural Engineer/Project Manager

Strong proficiency in Structural Engineering with experience applying relevant design codes and standards.Ability to perform detailed Calculations and Structural Analysis for a variety of structural systems and materials.Competence in preparing and reviewing structural plans, details, and specifications.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain licensure in Arizona within a reasonable timeframe.Demonstrated experience managing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal staff.Ability to work on-site, oversee field observations as needed, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
