Job DetailsDescriptionPart-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time DSP to join our team. This position includes one-on-one support for an individual we serve as well as shifts in our residential program.ScheduleThursdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1:1 support)Every Other WeekendAdditional days as needed in our residential setting supporting multiple individualsPosition OverviewThe DSP will provide personalized support, help with daily living skills, encourage independence, and promote community and in-home engagement. In the residential program, you will work alongside other team members to provide care and support to the individuals we serve.Ideal CandidateReliable, patient, and caringComfortable supporting individuals in both 1:1 and group settingsAble to follow individualized support plansPrevious DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not requiredMust have a valid ND Driver's license and reliable transportation
