Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Inventory SpecialistLocation: Greater Los Angeles AreaIndustry: Aviation and Defense ManufacturingPay: $21Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM -3PM Position SummaryThe Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials, equipment, and supplies within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, proper storage conditions, and on time material flow to support production and customer delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately perform ERP system transactions including receipts, shipments, and material issuanceBuild multi component kits for operations and customer ordersPackage parts for shipment to ensure on time deliveryReview shipment and kitting documentation for accuracy and completenessStore and stock inventory with precision and organizationMaintain accurate inventory and stock recordsDetermine proper storage methods based on temperature, humidity, weight limits, turnover, and floor load capacityMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization dailyOperate forklift when requiredCommunicate effectively with Planning and Manufacturing teamsSupport additional operational duties as assignedRequired SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to adapt and handle multiple prioritiesEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experienceERP or MRP system experience requiredForklift experience preferredPandoLogic.
