Benefits:Dental insuranceFree uniformsHealth insuranceVision insuranceCrunch Fitness in Scranton, PA is looking for a Member Services Representative to join the team!Essential Job Responsibilities:Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company proceduresFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-inAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional mannerCommunicate special events to members and guestsMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcomeFacilitate all member requests or forward to a managerMaintain professional disposition at all timesFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company proceduresKnow club facility, services, and schedulesGives tours and trial memberships to prospective members.Activate new memberships.Upgrade existing members into memberships of greater value.Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.Adhere to all operational excellence standards related to providing a great member experience.Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members.Determine prospect's goals and motivation, be knowledgeable of all products, programs and services and ensure prospects understand the value of our services.Reach and surpass monthly sales projections.Attend sales and training meetings as necessary.Qualifications:Previous sales and customer service experience a must.Fitness club experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly dispositionPersonal passion for health and fitnessEnjoy working within a team
