In this role, you aren’t just checking boxes; you are the clinical bridge between outpatient stability and inpatient recovery. You will: Own the Diagnostic Process:Lead comprehensive neurological evaluations and interpret complex diagnostics (MRIs, EEGs, EMGs) to build definitive treatment plans for conditions like Epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson’s. Drive Patient Outcomes:Manage long-term care strategies and lifestyle modifications that directly improve the quality of life for patients with chronic neurological disorders. Bridge the Continuum of Care:Ensure no patient falls through the cracks by coordinating seamless transitions between your outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital consultations. Collaborate on Acute Cases:Partner with board-certified neurologists during hospital rounds and shared on-call rotations to tackle urgent neurological needs.What You Bring Education:Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Licensure:Active (or eligible) Maryland NP license. Certification:Board certification via AANP or ANCC. Experience:Neurology experience is a plus, but we will fully train a motivated NP with a deep interest in the neurosciences.Performance & Wellnes s Competitive base salary + performance incentives.
