Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or highly specialized knowledge in software development and web application technologies and 5-8 years’ experience in the field of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. Interacts with the business analysis team to understand project requirements. Develops overall architecture/ product design documents, technical design specifications for individual modules and technology justifications for architectural considerations. Ensure integration of entire system or subsystem Develop database objects like packages/procedures/functions/triggers/type objects using SQL Developer to support application features. Expert knowledge of Oracle including troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning and code re-use. Familiar with JSON, DBMS packages, DBMS jobs. Familiar with Cloud-based implementations particularly AWS RDS. Understand, and implement additional frameworks like Oracle APEX. Knowledge of Atlassian tools to support Project Development activities in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Development environment. Applies Oracle standard coding practices and industry standards. Perform Code Reviews and Unit Testing of PL/SQL code developed by others in the team. Work with team members to develop program units that integrate seamlessly into the overall system. Develop the application using SAFe® Agile Methodology.
