Senior Devops Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer ( Asset Management- onsite)We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering organization. This role offers the opportunity to build, operate, and enhance the infrastructure, automation, and reliability capabilities that support critical business applications and development teams.The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, observability, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services.Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, including security, networking, and workload performance.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions and reusable automation frameworks.Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.Enhance developer productivity through platform tooling and standardized engineering practices.Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions across distributed systems.Support incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service reliability initiatives.Establish and maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve scalability, security, and system performance.Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience planning.Required ExperienceSignificant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident management practices.Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages.Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting large-scale production environments.Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and modern platform engineering concepts.Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and reliability engineering practices.Experience implementing security and compliance controls within cloud environments.What We OfferOpportunity to work on complex technical challenges.High level of ownership and autonomy.Collaborative and supportive engineering culture.Exposure to modern cloud and infrastructure technologies.Competitive compensation and benefits package.We welcome applications from engineers who are passionate about building reliable, scalable systems and enabling development teams to deliver exceptional products and services.
