Typically, new agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this time, while seasoned agents average 9.3.Guide Buyers in Home Selection, Offer Creation, and AcceptanceRelish the home search journey while mastering our successful buyer presentation and offer strategies.Provide Comprehensive Written Feedback to Enhance Client Search CriteriaParticipate in our extensive training program focused on superior communication to ensure successful offer acceptance for your clients.Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and ClientsAcquire practical real estate experience through our in-person training sessions.Allocate a Minimum of 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and ConversionsThis team is perfect for those who are dedicated to hard work. We supply all the scripts and training necessary to excel every day.Conduct Three Open Houses MonthlyHost three open houses each month, with one weekend off to maintain work-life balance.
