Research Assistant 1

DescriptionSummary:Research Assistant will support two protocols at the site. Support for one protocol will will last approximately six months and support for the other protocol will last 12 months. The total hours per week with the RA supporting both protocols is 40 hours. If we do not receive approval for an extension on the Preserved protocol, the total hours per week will will decrease to 24 hours. The site has a strict no cellphone/talking policy to protect PII/PHI.Responsibilities Visit scheduling and reminders; Upkeep regulatory binder and maintain study supplies; Only record vital signs (not obtain); Patient recruitment to include central campaign referral management, review/pre-screen charts from site EHR, pre-screen media referrals, and community outreach and engagement; Ongoing patient education/follow-up; Query resolution and data entryPay Rate Range: $30-34/hr depending on experience
