You coach the team, own the guest experience, drive sales, and step in as the leader-on-duty when it counts. You lead because it's just who you are.You've worked in a guest-facing role for 2+ years - beauty, spa, retail, hospitality, or similar - and you're genuinely good at it.You've led, even if it wasn't your official title. You've trained a new hire, run a shift solo, handled an escalation, or stepped up when it mattered.You're comfortable recommending products and services. You don't hard-sell - you educate. Guests trust you and it shows in the numbers.You know how to coach someone who's struggling without making it feel like a punishment. You lead with empathy and hold the bar.You genuinely love the beauty and wellness industry. You have a personal skincare or waxing routine, follow the space, and want to build a career in it.You're available when guests are - evenings, weekends (one shift, not both), flexible weekday hours.
