A growing international manufacturing organization is seeking a bilingual Engineer – Projects to support engineering design, project execution, and cross-functional coordination for strategic projects across North America, Europe, and Asia.This position offers a unique opportunity to work on both technical engineering and project execution activities while gaining exposure to global operations, manufacturing environments, and large-scale capital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport engineering design activities, including drawings, specifications, and technical documentationAssist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate activities between engineering, operations, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholdersParticipate in site visits, inspections, construction activities, and project progress reviewsReview technical submittals and vendor documentationMaintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and change trackingPrepare project updates and presentations for internal leadership teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and project best practicesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline3–5 years of engineering and/or project experienceExperience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesProfessional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin (required)Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travelWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000Performance-based bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package401(k) with company matchHybrid work scheduleOpportunity to work on international projects and collaborate with global teamsLong-term career growth within a stable and expanding organizationQualified candidates interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity are encouraged to apply for consideration.
