Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Field Manager for a full-time on-site role. The Field Manager will oversee daily operations at flooring installation sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing contractors, verifying project specifications, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining adherence to safety protocols. This position also involves conducting quality checks, providing progress updates, and fostering positive relationships with clients and team members. Traveling to multiple jobsites in different states is required. Qualifications Project Management: Ability to oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and manage project timelines effectively.Team Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills to manage teams and contractors.Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in flooring installation processes, materials, and safety requirements.Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address on-site challenges and implement solutions promptly.Client Relations: Experience maintaining positive client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to handle documentation, progress reports, and task prioritization effectively.Preferred: Background in construction or flooring, and familiarity with the Atlanta Metropolitan Area market.
