Five Lakes Coffee Shift Leader

Five Lakes Coffee is looking to build their leadership team at our Angola store. We are looking for Shift Leaders that are motivated, dependable, self-starters with a desire to work in a coffee shop, and have a passion for providing customer service. Food Service or leadership experience very supportive with consideration. Looking for full time leaders over 18 with flexible schedules looking for at least 24 + hours a week. A great candidate is someone who can take charge, has high energy, fun to work with, and can assist the leadership team with day-to-day operations of running a business. Would take pride in getting results & growing staff by knowing when and how to support the team to ensure the store is always delivering the Five Lakes Coffee experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supports stores with weekly coverage needs and backs up the manager and assistants to ensure overall expectations are being meet and followed. Key holder that can support opening or closings as business requires. Delegate and organize the day to day operations to successfully support a shift. Sets up, produces, and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies. Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions. Greets customers courteously, and interacts with customers in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Interact with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner. Serves customer beverage orders quickly, in proper portions, and with a customer first focus. Relays relevant comments & concerns from customers directly to leadership team. Consistently exhibits the ability to keep up with fast paced environment and does so calmly, accurately and efficiently. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to build relationships Pay & Benefits: Willing to negotiate based on experience.
