Grant Evaluators (Education)

We are seeking two Grant Evaluators that will conduct formative and summative evaluations for our customer in the following two programs:- Part F Title III program - (1) Advancing Resilient and Innovative Technology-Driven Strategies in the Built Environment; (2) Advancing Institutional Excellence in Digital Learning; (3) Advancing Social Work Education and Stakeholder Impact; (4) Centers of Excellence in Education and Technology; (5) Special Collections Digitization and Preservation Project; (6) Fulfilling the Promise of the Applied Liberal Studies Program by Increasing Degree Completion Among Students Who Have Stopped-Out-Title III GI program - (1) Graduate Programs in Math and Science Education; (2) Pushing the Graduate Pipeline in Public Health; (3) Engineering Education Digital Transformation Initiative; (4) Excellence in Advancing Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Science Graduate Programs; (5) The Development of Graduate Programs in the School of Business and Management (Information Science and Systems); (6) Improving Degree Completion and Reducing Time to Degree through Fellowships; and (7) Strengthening the Graduate Program in Psychometrics. Routine evaluations of these activities help maintain compliance, improve programs, and determine resource allocation.ResponsibilitiesAssess Program Impact and Effectiveness - an evaluation of both qualitative and quantitative data todetermine whether the goals and objectives of each activity are being met. The evaluator will assess the effectiveness of Title III-funded initiatives, including but not limited to student support services, infrastructure improvements, faculty development, and academic programs.Provide Recommendations for Continuous ImprovementPerform evaluations in phases which will encompass two evaluation interviews per grant year. One interview will occur mid-year of the project, and the other will occur during the latter part of the year. Evaluation may require onsite visits.Provide a written report which will follow each evaluation interview.
