Automotive Service Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow. Responsibilities - Manage and lead a team of service technicians and mechanics - Keep and maintain a clean and organized shop - Monitors all rental car usage - Accepts smart jobs and knowing when/ when not to accept a job - Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs - Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services - Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts - Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Skills - Proficiency in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair, shocks, struts, tire service, and auto body repair - Strong sales and customer service skills - Experience in service technician roles - Knowledge of suspension systems and auto estimating - Ability to lead a team effectively If you are a skilled Automotive Service Manager with a passion for delivering top-notch service in the automotive industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
