Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration Ops

Essential Responsibilities: Provide strategic consulting and guidance on complex mobility issues, analyzing data to provide sound recommendations, and counseling relocating employees on mobility matters. Support program requirements such as cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, vendor management, and facilitation of intercompany chargebacks, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing. Plan and assist with the implementation of Global Mobility policies and/or processes, new vendors, and systems & data flow between third-party providers. Build and manage partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders like HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Tax to provide expertise on all global mobility matters with the ability to influence and advise.
