Job DescriptionHow You’ll Make an ImpactThe Senior Manager, Sales Compensation will own the strategic direction, design, plan implementation, processes and policies, governance, and incentive administration for Field Participants within Epsilon’s Auto business unit.Work together win together The Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation will report to the VP, Pricing & Sales Compensation. This is a highly matrixed organization that will require significant partnership with Executive Leadership, HR, Finance, Total Compensation, and Sales Leadership.Innovate with purpose As the Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a high performing team of one or more sales compensation analysts by providing direction, prioritization of tasks, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of workflows and commission payments.What You’ll AchieveProject Manage the annual design process for Auto. Leads plan assessment and design related meetings within Finance, across Field Leadership and C-SuiteAccountable for successful completion of annual incentive design process, including overall timeline achievement and final plan documentation, training, and distribution.Accountable for plan administration, including participant management and plan calculation management through to payroll submission.Support the management and development of administrative and design related sales compensation policy for the Auto business unit, partnering with cross functional leaders in Sales, HR, Finance, Total Compensation and Legal.Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive compensation processing, validation, analysis and distribution of incentive compensation reports and payment for.Support the field by responding to inquiries, resolving disputes, and manages the exception review process.Resolves escalated issues and questions concerning incentive plan design, measures and policies.Responsible for assisting in SOX processes and audits are complete and reviewed.Manages the onboarding training experience for new hires related to their plan, systems and tools, calculator, and any other pertinent detail.Manage the incentive compensation plan implementation in Xactly including UAT.Own the process improvement and automation roadmap for supported line(s) of business.Support integration of sales programs, following M&A activities.Support other departments, such as sales and finance, with timely review and resolution of requests.Who You AreWhat you’ll bring with you –10+ years of sales compensation experience10+ years’ experience leading high-performing teams in a hybrid settingKnowledge of Sales Compensation design and administrative best practicesStrong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skillsExperience in large, complex organizationsExperience working with Sales Compensation toolsDemonstrated ability to create efficiencies and improve processesAbility to negotiate to a win-win resolution with key stakeholders autonomously.Ability to build effective relationships with leadershipWhy you might stand out from other talent –BA/BS in quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics, statistics)Experience using XactlyAdditional InformationEpsilon at Our CORE Epsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
