The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment is functioning smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, and conducting repairs. The role will also involve monitoring maintenance work for quality and compliance with safety standards.QualificationsBachelor's in mechanical/ electrical/ industrial or any equivalent program.2+ year of maintenance management experienceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.Leadership and team management skillsExperience with preventive maintenance programsBudget management experience preferredKnowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
