In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of our mobile platform, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating high-performance, intuitive applications that redefine the health benefits experience for users. Please note, this is an in-office position, and remote work is not available for this role.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on React Native. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is essential, along with a solid understanding of core React Native principles. Candidates should have experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks to build scalable applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Firebase, as well as CI/CD pipelines, is highly desirable. Experience with app store deployment processes for both iOS and Android is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for health care technology.
