Pay: Competitive Base + CommissionWork Location: In person (Clio, Michigan)What We Are Looking ForSelf-Starters: We need someone comfortable managing their own schedule and prospecting independently.Entry Level/Early Career Professionals: Recent college grads or current students looking for a high-impact summer role or a career jumpstart.Communication Pros: Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and by email.Industry Interest: Experience in or a passion for apparel, promotional products, or branded merchandise is a plus, but not required.This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. No experience in screen printing is required; we will train the right person. What we need is someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing things right.Responsibilities:What You Will Be DoingCommunity Engagement: Attending Chamber of Commerce events, local trade shows, and community networking functions to act as the "face" of Kidd Company.Lead Generation: Prospecting and generating new B2B leads through outbound outreach, social networking, and face-to-face meetings.Strategic Targeting: Identifying and pitching to corporate clients, sports organizations, universities, and other high-volume accounts.Account Management: Managing existing accounts to drive reorders and grow average order value through proactive outreach.Marketing & Pitching: Promoting our core screen printing and embroidery services alongside promotional product add-ons.Sales Execution: Preparing quotes and proposals and following through from first contact to closed deal.Qualifications:Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently to meet sales targets.Proven track record of effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email.Strong networking skills with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.Demonstrated ability to generate leads and identify potential high-volume accounts.Experience in attending and representing a company at community and industry events.Ability to create compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.About Company:At Kidd Company, we don't just put logos on garments; we bring your brand's identity to life through high-impact wearable art.
