OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives for one of our clients. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership, and a proven ability to drive projects within a retail environment. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of retail operations, with experience in POS systems and GK platforms considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams within a retail environmentPartner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metricsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationDrive cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and vendor teamsIdentify risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively implement mitigation strategiesEnsure alignment between business goals and technical execution, particularly for retail and POS-related initiativesProvide regular status updates, executive reporting, and presentations to senior leadershipManage third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectationsSupport change management efforts, including communication and adoption strategiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong focus in retail environments (mandatory)Proven experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders (mandatory)Hands-on experience managing Point of Sale (POS) systems (preferred)Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journeys, and store systemsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience with GK Software / GK POS platforms (bonus)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationExperience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologiesBackground in digital transformation or retail technology implementationsKey CompetenciesExecutive presence and ability to influence at all levelsStrong organizational and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail with strategic thinking capabilityAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
