HR Business Partner - US Field Sales

The Human Resources Business Partner is an experienced business partner, self-starter, and change agent. This role requires the ability to focus and deliver in a rapidly changing environment. You must have a strong desire to learn, be able to think strategically, execute, and collaborate.By rolling up your sleeves, you must look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. You will assess the business scenarios and make talent recommendations to management. You will be responsible for executing initiatives associated with the full employee lifecycle in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness and design, performance management, employee relations and compensation for assigned groups. You will be part of the US HR Business Partner team assigned to the US field sales client group This role will also lead projects and processes spanning the entire US HR organization requiring clear project management, continuous improvement and collaboration skills.You will play a key role in helping to shape and drive the talent agenda. Specifically, you will work closely with sales manager, teams and HR colleagues to identify people opportunities, strategies and solutions to challenges within the business as follows:Partner directly with Managers to drive talent strategy and advance the business results through strategic talent actionsAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies proactivelyPartner with employees and managers regarding HR issues, HR processes and guidelines.Coach, advise and manage complex employee relations issuesPartner with managers in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, talent management, and developmentExecute Align's human capital strategy surrounding organizational design, leadership, capabilities and cultureIn support of an organization's talent management strategy, work with the business to close gaps via training and/or developmental opportunitiesLead and support projects for the US HR team with a focus on continuous improvement mindset and focus
