We’re looking to expand our quoting capacity by bringing on a professional, personable Outside Sales Rep who can represent our values and help serve more clients in our growing service area.Role DescriptionConduct onsite sales visits to measure yards, walk layouts with clients, and explain install scopeEducate customers on fence types, materials, warranties, and layout optionsGenerate and email same-day estimates based on per-foot pricing templatesCoordinate with the owner to ensure quotes are aligned with materials, schedule, and crew capacityFollow up on open estimates via phone, email, or text in a timely, non-pushy wayRepresent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and respect in every interactionQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)Ability to learn and explain different fence types and install nuancesExperience in construction, trades, or residential sales preferredReliable vehicle and valid license for daily travel across the Lake Norman areaComfortable working independently and managing a daily route
