Job DescriptionGlobal Service Operations & Process Support InternReq ID: 49044Job Location (s): Tallahassee, FL, USAEmployment Type: Part TimeSegment: Danfoss Climate Solutions SegmentJob Category: AdministrationWork Location Type: On-siteThe Impact You'll MakeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Operations & Process Support Intern to assist with the Business Integration activities of Global Service, working under the guidance of the Sales & Service SAP Specialist. This role will contribute to specific projects focused on data analysis, process mapping, documentation, directory improvements, gap identification, and efficiency enhancements to strengthen Business Integration.This is a year-round internship, onsite with our facility in Tallahassee, Florida.What You’ll Be Doing Documentation & Knowledge ManagementOrganize and update the Turbocor® Global Service SharePoint document library to ensure easy access, proper categorization, and version control.Compile and maintain documentation for the Training Matrix, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other operational guidelines. Data & ReportingValidate extended warranty records, investigate errors and process gaps, and assist in implementing corrective actions.Create Business Intelligence (BI) reports to support Global Service activities. Backoffice & System AccessManage access to the Product Store for internal and external stakeholders. Aftermarket & Customer Experience SupportCoordinate invoicing for freight with CPT Incoterms in Denmark (1 customer).Prepare customer quotes for review and distribution by internal team members.Assist in developing a solution to generate Net Price List reports for multiple customers simultaneously, enabling internal teams to communicate pricing efficiently.Other duties may be assigned as needed.Required QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Ability to perform essential duties with accuracy and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and BI tools (preferred but not required).Analytical mindset with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Other CompetenciesSelf-motivated and proactive.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements.What You'll Get From UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
