The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the organization, including personnel management, board and governance support, operations and administration, public and community relations, regional and national engagement, program and strategic leadership, and fiscal and facilities oversight. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in human or social services, superior communication skills, and a proven track record in administrative and organizational leadership.Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include supervising senior staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of professional development. The role also involves serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring the organization's strategic plan is effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's degree is preferred, and experience in staff supervision and working with a governing board. The Executive Director will be the face of the organization in the community, engaging in public speaking, and maintaining relationships with various leadership groups.
