This role partners closely with HR, Accounting, and Operations to support timekeeping, compliance, payroll taxes, and employee inquiries in a fast‑paced production.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employeesReview, audit, and approve employee timecards, including overtimeMaintain employee pay records, earnings, deductions, and tax dataProcess payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, pay rate updates, and bonusesEnsure compliance with federal and state wage and hour regulationsRespond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepanciesPrepare basic payroll reports, reconciliations, and journal entriesAssist with payroll taxes and year‑end processing (W‑2s, audits, workers’ comp support)Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll informationQualifications2+ years of full‑cycle payroll experience, ideally in manufacturing Strong understanding of timekeeping, overtime rules, and hourly payrollExperience with payroll systems such as ADP is a plusProficiency in Excel and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet payroll deadlines
