*Duties*
* Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, roofing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
* Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
* Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications and execute tasks accurately.
* Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Perform concrete finishing, pouring, forming, and stucco application to achieve high-quality surfaces.
* Conduct masonry work including tile laying, metal stud framing, and restoration projects with precision.
* Support renovation efforts through carpentry tasks like trim carpentry, caulking, plastering, and installing flooring or tiles.
* Use heavy lifting techniques safely when handling materials such as steel beams or concrete blocks.
* Operate heavy machinery for excavation or material transportation while adhering to safety standards.
* Follow schematics and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly or installation of building components.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades including masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete work.
* Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings clearly.
* Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and site safety protocols.
* Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is preferred.
* Certification in OSHA safety standards or related training is advantageous but not mandatory.
