Their field teams are highly respected, and they prioritize safety, collaboration, and execution excellence.Job DescriptionOur Superintendent will:Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projectsManage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and site logisticsDevelop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project ManagersEnforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site environmentConduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specificationsLead subcontractor meetings and coordinate inspectionsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delaysCommunicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on schedule and within scopeMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
