Family Medicine Physician (Relocation Available, Greater New Castle PA area)Medix is currently partnering with a premier private practice to identify a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, mission-driven primary care to a diverse patient population within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values holistic wellness.Job Summary The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care to patients across all age groups, guided by the organization's commitment to treating the whole person in a faith based setting. This position involves performing thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills and an appreciation for a mission-centered approach to medicine.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Provide primary care services to a wide range of age groups and demographics.Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established protocols.Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PAs and NPs, to ensure integrated care.Utilize medical imaging and other diagnostic tools for accurate patient evaluation.Manage a consistent caseload of 15–20 patients per day.Required Skills and QualificationsMust hold a valid MD or DO degree and possess (or be eligible for) state licensure.Preferred QualificationsFive or more years of experience in family medicine post-residency.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Shift Structure: 4 days of clinical office work and 1 designated administrative day.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive earning potential ranging from $135,000.00 to $275,000.00+ annually, commensurate with experience and patient volume.Relocation Available!
