Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring Specialist, Lakeland

DescriptionPublix's Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring team is responsible for 24-hour monitoring of our refrigeration systems including rack and case temperatures and pressures, and dispatching our refrigeration service providers to provide emergency response to refrigeration outages. As a Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring (RAM) Specialist, you have the opportunity to prevent refrigerated product loss, protect product integrity, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to the reduction of refrigeration repair and maintenance expenses through the use of technology, analytics and problem resolution. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
