The Learning & Development Training Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating leadership development programs that build leadership capability across the organization. This role partners cross-functionally with business leaders and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences, supports CARE Academy facilitation, and contributes to leadership program strategy, delivery, and evaluation.
