Validation Engineer

Entry-Level Validation Engineer We are seeking an Entry-Level Validation Engineer to support the MDT Validation Remediation Project at our Middletown site. This project-specific, fully onsite role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in equipment, process, and system validation within a regulated medical device/pharma environment. What You’ll Do Support execution of validation master plans and remediation activities Assist with authoring, executing, and documenting IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports Participate in periodic reviews and gap assessments to ensure continued compliance Analyze validation data and support deviation investigations and CAPAs Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions Maintain validation documentation, support change controls, and assist with calibration activities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field 0–2 years of experience in validation, quality, engineering, or manufacturing (internships, co-ops, or academic project work in regulated environments accepted) Basic knowledge of FDA-regulated environments, 21 CFR Part 820 / ISO 13485, and IQ/OQ/PQ Strong technical writing, organization, and communication skills Willingness to learn and work onsite in a manufacturing environmentThis role works under the guidance of senior validation engineers and project leadership and offers valuable exposure to compliance-driven validation work in a team-based setting.
