Pediatric Occupational TherapistJoin Our HiveBumblebee Pediatric Therapy is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.We're building a team of clinicians who want to practice differently—prioritizing quality over volume, working collaboratively across disciplines, and supporting the whole child and family.Position DetailsPosition: Pediatric Occupational TherapistEmployment Type: W-2 Hourly (Year 1) → Opportunity to transition to salaried role in Year 2Compensation: $75–$90/hour, based on experienceLocation: Northwest Washington, DC (clinic-based; Tenleytown area)Schedule: Flexible scheduling with expectation of 2–3 after-school afternoons per week; no weekend hoursReports to: OT ManagerOur Clinical ModelAt Bumblebee, we intentionally maintain low caseloads (25 billable hours or fewer per week) so therapists can focus on individualized, child-led care.Our team works closely across OT, PT, and SLP to support each child holistically—meaning you're never working in isolation.
