The Operator is responsible for managing and operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as land clearing, excavation, grading, and site preparation. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, following safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure precision and project completion on schedule. The role requires understanding of operational procedures and adherence to project guidelines. Qualifications Proficient in operating heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and gradersKnowledge of grading, excavation, and land development processesFamiliarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to operate within established safety regulations and compliance standardsStrong communication skills and teamwork abilitiesExperience in construction, grading, or infrastructure development is preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPhysical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
