RELEX Business Analyst – Retail / Supply Chain Transformation

We’re supporting a major RELEX-led supply chain transformation programme and are looking to engage an experienced Business Analyst with strong retail and operational process mapping experience.This role sits within a large-scale forecasting and replenishment transformation and will focus heavily on understanding current-state business operations and helping design future-state processes as new systems and ways of working are introduced.Key areas of focus include:Detailed as-is / to-be process mappingWorking closely with business users across retail and supply chain functionsSupporting forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, and planning workstreamsTranslating operational requirements into future-state process designFacilitating workshops and documenting business processes at granular task levelSupporting change adoption and business readiness activitiesWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:Retail, grocery, consumer, or supply chain environmentsERP, planning, merchandising, or replenishment transformationsRELEX, Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle Retail, Manhattan, or similar platformsCross-functional operational transformation programmesWorking alongside system integrators or consulting-led delivery teamsIdeal profile:Strong stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable operating directly with business usersHands-on process mapping capabilityAble to bridge operational and technology teamsExperience within large-scale transformation environmentsRELEX experience is helpful but not essential for all positions.US-based role with some travel expected during key programme phases.Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work closely with operational teams is key.US-based role with some travel expected during key phases.If relevant, please hit apply and we can begin connecting with you.
