Fence Laborer

Job Description Job Overview We are hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Fence Installers / General Laborers. This is a great opportunity to get started in the construction industry. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and learning hands-on skills, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do Assist with installation of wood, vinyl, and chain link fences Dig post holes and set fence posts using concrete Assist with mixing, pouring, and working with concrete for fence installations Load, unload, and move materials on job sites Use basic hand and power tools Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment Travel to local job sites as needed ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience working with concrete is required Experience with concrete troweling is required Entry-level construction or general labor experience is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Willingness to learn and be part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Schedule Monday–Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities available Why Work With Us?
