CNC Field Service Engineer

You've spent years in the field diagnosing machines that others couldn't fix. You're comfortable walking into a customer's facility, owning the problem, and leaving having earned their trust. TARUS builds large, CNC machines — and we need someone ready to be the expert on day one.This is a senior, independent role. You'll lead the resolution of complex technical issues, serve as a resource for the broader service team, and represent TARUS as a trusted advisor to our customers.What You'll DoIndependently diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and CNC controls issues at customer sitesLead on-site service visits with minimal supervisionPerform advanced troubleshooting on CNC control systems including Siemens 840D / SINUMERIK ONE and Heidenhain platformsPerform and review preventative maintenance programs for key accountsDocument service work thoroughly and contribute to the team's technical knowledge baseRepresent TARUS as a trusted technical advisor to customersTRAVELUp to 25% domestic and occasional international travel.
