Photo Warehouse Coordinator Lead - Rejuvenation

Job DescriptionAbout the TeamThe Rejuvenation Photo Studio Warehouse team plays a critical role in supporting the creative production process by managing the intake, organization, tracking, and movement of product samples used in studio and on-location photography. The team partners closely with Creative, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure that product samples are accurately tracked, maintained in excellent condition, and available when needed.About The RoleThe Lead Photo Warehouse Coordinator supports and coordinates daily warehouse workflows while serving as a key communication bridge between warehouse operations and creative studio teams. This role ensures product samples are accurately organized, tracked, and delivered in alignment with studio production timelines.Operating at the intersection of warehouse logistics and creative production, this role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.The Lead supports operational excellence through the application of 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), consistent warehouse organization standards, and clear communication practices that enable efficient workflows and seamless collaboration with studio partners.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, tagging, storing, and tracking product samplesIdentify, prioritize, and help coordinate daily workload across warehouse team membersMaintain accurate inventory systems and ensure alignment between physical inventory and tracking toolsTrack and report on productivity, workflow volume, and operational needsCoordinate sample movement between warehouse, studio, and cross-functional partnersServe as primary liaison between warehouse, creative, and merchandising teamsCommunicate sample availability, discrepancies, and timelines clearly across teamsSupport pulling, assembling, and installing product samples for studio useImplement and maintain 5S principles across warehouse operationsIdentify and implement improvements for product flow, storage, and space utilizationMaintain and evolve warehouse organization, labeling systems, and storage standardsLead inventory audits and support continuous improvement of workflow efficiencyProvide guidance, support, and training to team membersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentQualifications4–6 years of warehouse, inventory, or studio logistics experienceStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with 5S or warehouse organization best practicesProficiency in Excel and inventory systemsAbility to lift up to 65 lbsExperience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentOur Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
