If you thrive in a fast-paced field environment and are passionate about mechanical systems, this is your opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives while advancing your career in HVAC.Duties:Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specificationsConduct system testing and troubleshooting to verify proper operation post-installationPerform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing HVAC equipment to optimize performance and efficiencyAssist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standardsOperate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and refrigeration gauges for refrigerant servicingMaintain detailed documentation of work performed, including installation procedures, service reports, and system configurations utiziling home services businsess software.Skills:Strong construction background with experience in mechanical installation processesAbility to read and follow schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accuratelyMechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair and general maintenance skillsFamiliarity with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems and field service operationsProficiency with diagnostic tools such and understanding of electrical wiring principlesValid driver's license with a clean driving record for driver responsibilitiesExperience working with air conditioning units, and mechanical components such as pumps or valvesAbility to operate heavy equipment safely in residential settings while adhering to safety protocolsEmbark on a rewarding career where your skills directly impact the comfort of countless households.
