Maintenance Technician

Brookdale Senior Living - 2400 North 14th Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintains scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment; Performs general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned; Responds to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas; Maintains positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other governing jurisdictions
