In this role, you’ll build, repair, and modify tools, fixtures, gauges, and prototype parts that directly support machining and production processes. You’ll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, improve designs, and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient operations.What You’ll Do:Here’s what your day-today might look like:Build and modify precision tools, fixtures, gauges, and prototype partsSet up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathesRead and interpret CAD drawings, GD&T, and specificationsPerform precision machining, fitting, and assemblyTroubleshoot tooling and machining issuesCollaborate with engineering on design and process improvementsPerform preventative maintenance on tool room equipmentMeet quality, safety, and production standardsMaintain accurate documentation and recordsWhat You Bring:We’re looking for someone who is:High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship preferred3–5+ years of machinist or tool & die experience in manufacturingStrong knowledge of machining practices, materials, and heat treatingProficient in GD&T and technical drawing interpretationSkilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, CMM)Experience programming CNC machines using G-codeAble to work independently with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindsetExperience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam) a plusBackground in high-volume or tight-tolerance manufacturing a plusYou’ll thrive here if you enjoy contributing your skills, solving problems, and being part of a team that delivers real-world performance.Ready to Build Performance?Apply today and join a company where your work makes a lasting impact across industries.
