We’re looking for a driven and experienced leader to oversee press operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong background in metal stamping and a passion for leading teams, this could be a great fit.Key Responsibilities• Oversee safe, efficient press operations across multiple zones• Support and help lead SMED initiatives to optimize changeovers and setups• Troubleshoot tooling, quality, and mechanical issues• Lead and coach team leads and operators (non-union labor role)• Enforce safety standards, daily safety talks, and PPE compliance• Monitor KPIs (changeover time, scrap, uptime, quality) and drive improvements• Provide flexibility across shifts for critical operations and prioritiesQualifications• Strong background in metal stamping, press operations, and tool & die concepts• SMED experience preferred• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience• Strong attention to detail and ability to read specs and tolerances• Experience working in a union environment• ERP knowledge (SAP, JDE, AS400, Kronos) is a plus• Servant leadership mindset—collaborative, supportive, and direct
