What You'll Do: As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring smooth service, operational excellence, and a guest-first mindset across both the front and back of house. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operationsStrong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadershipProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsPassion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experienceAvailability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidaysServSafe CertificationAllergy Certication Salary Description $80,000 - $100,000 per year
